Pricing at WokStar Hibachi ranges from a $900-$2200 base fee for private events, which includes chef service, setup, live entertainment, and cleanup. Food is not included in the base rate and is priced separately based on your menu selections. Most full bookings (base price and food included) range between $1,400-$2,500, depending on location, party size, and optional upgrades. Submit an inquiry to receive a personalized quote for your event.

Note: WokStar Hibachi has a minimum base fee of $900, which covers chef service, setup, live cooking entertainment, and cleanup. This fee applies to all events, including parties with fewer than 10 guests. While we're happy to serve smaller groups, the preparation, travel, equipment setup, and performance remain the same - ensuring every event receives the full WokStar experience.
🔒 Booking & Deposit Policy:
To reserve your event, a non-refundable deposit is required immediately. Your date is not secured until the deposit is received — inquiries alone do not guarantee availability.
The deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
Final payment is due in full at least 72 hours before the event.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Set up: We arrive about 1 hour prior to event start time to set up the grill, tables, chairs, plates, bowls, napkins, silverware, chopsticks, etc. All you need to bring is an appetite!
Breakdown: We’ll clean up everything we brought & you can continue enjoying your event!

Cancellation Terms: Please read each!
• More than 14 days before the event:
Any payments (excluding the deposit) are refundable or transferable to a future booking within 90 days.
• 7–14 days before the event:
50% of any additional payments may be refunded (deposit still non-refundable).
• Less than 7 days before the event:
No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling may be offered based on availability.
Most events we set up outside on a patio or driveway.
We can cook indoors only if ventilation and fire safety requirements are met
Most common indoor setups use garage, warehouse, event hall, or open kitchen layouts
Requirements:
• Sufficient ventilation (for propane grills or flat tops)
• Approval from venue manager (some venues don’t allow open flames)
• Access to clean space for setup and breakdown
Yes, WokStar Hibachi offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options on our menu such as Grilled Tofu or Grilled Hibachi Vegetable.
