The price range at Wok Star Hibachi varies depending on the dish, but our menu items typically range from $40-$100. 

Minimum 10 guests

15+ Guests require additional chef/chef fee

Maximum 200 guests (30+ Guests will be buffet style only)

Private events with 2-6 guests available at a premium rate 

Deposit Terms: Please read each!

    •    A 50% non-refundable deposit of is required to secure all bookings (50% of base fee only).

    •    Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

    •    The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the event.

Any celebration where 🔥 needs to be brought to the table!

Set up: We arrive about 1 hour early prior to event start time to set up the grill, Tables, Chairs, Plates, Bowls, Napkins, Silverware, Chopsticks, etc. 

Breakdown: We’ll clean up everything we brought & you can continue enjoying your event!

Cancellation Terms: Please read each!

    •    More than 14 days before the event:

Any payments (excluding the deposit) are refundable or transferable to a future booking within 90 days.

  
  •    7–14 days before the event:

50% of any additional payments may be refunded (deposit still non-refundable).

    •    Less than 7 days before the event:

No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling may be offered based on availability.

Most events we set up outside on a patio or driveway.
We can cook indoors only if ventilation and fire safety requirements are met

Most common indoor setups use garage, warehouse, event hall, or open kitchen layouts

Requirements:

    •    Sufficient ventilation (for propane grills or flat tops)

    •    Approval from venue manager (some venues don’t allow open flames)

    •    Access to clean space for setup and breakdown

Yes, Wok Star Hibachi offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options on our menu such as Grilled Tofu or Grilled Vegetable Mix.

We only accept Private bookings!

    •    If severe weather prevents setup at your location, we offer:

    •    One-time reschedule within 60 days of original event date (subject to availability).

    •    OR apply your full payment (minus deposit) as credit toward a future event.
